TRUFUSION MEMBERS BREATHWORK

Enjoy a special discounted trauma-aware breathwork session for stress-relief, relaxation, and peace. 

During this hour virtual session, we will explore foundational breathwork practices that are essential to daily life and that can be done anywhere. This flow is meant to calm the mind, body, and spirit, while relieving tension. Former experience with breathwork is not required, but attendees are encouraged to practice in a place where they can be at peace.

Session to include:

• Expert explanation of practice
• Guided breathwork 
• Connection session to support individual after practice 

Journal is encouraged for any thoughts and feelings that may come up.
