The flowers may arrive in buds to ensure freshness of the product.

Damages and Transit Concerns

Please note, We communicate with Our couriers that they are delivering delicate pieces. While we cannot guarantee your carton will arrive in pristine condition, should there be extreme damages to the outside of your carton, please contact us at: for review of this matter. Regretfully, We are unable to provide a replacement for damaged cartons where the product has not been compromised.
