CONTAINED STEMS stands behind our products and commitment to service. Please be advised, flowers and herbs are perishable products and must be cared for upon arrival. We recommend reviewing your insert included with your shipment, our website under FLOWER-ED for helpful tips on flower upkeep, and visiting our blog: beyondthecontainer.blog. Please note, the lifespan of flowers depends on the environment they're in. The flowers may arrive in buds to ensure freshness of the product.

 

While all sales are final, we understand unfortunate events may occur. Should your shipment arrive incorrectly, or be missing after receiving confirmation it was to arrive, please contact us at: Support@containedstems.com, immediately within 24 hours for review. Please include images of the order, if incorrect.

Should your order not meet your expectations and is deemed below Our quality standards, you may contact us at: Support@containedstems.com. Please include images of the shipment within 24 hours of arrival for a replacement to be considered.

Any and all disputes are reviewed on a case by case basis as We are handling perishable selections from Mother Nature.

Damages and Transit Concerns

Please note, We communicate with Our couriers that they are delivering delicate pieces. While we cannot guarantee your carton will arrive in pristine condition, should there be extreme damages to the outside of your carton, please contact us at:
Support@containedstems.com for review of this matter. Regretfully, We are unable to provide a replacement for damaged cartons where the product has not been compromised.

 

Additionally, seasonal weather concerns may impact delivery arrivals at times. While this may be frustrating, We appreciate your understanding with knowing these delays are outside of Our control and We will do our best to keep you informed about your shipment's expected arrival.

 

Chargebacks

Should the Brand receive a chargeback, please be advised the Brand reserves the right to ban the consumer and consumer information from future purchases on the site.
